A referral is not necessary. You may call to make an appointment to meet with a therapist or service provider. We do, however, accept referrals from many sources, including ministers, physicians, schools, employers and other helping agencies.

Data Analysis/Accounts Payable Clerk

Westwood Behavioral Health Center has an immediate opening for a Data Analysis Specialist/Accounts Payable Clerk. The individual we are seeking must be proficient in working with computers and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003, specifically Word and Excel. Working knowledge with Peachtree Accounting a plus, as is working knowledge with SQL. This individual will possess the ability to learn new software quickly. The individual must possess a working knowledge of accounting principles, have the ability to maintain patient database, accurate data entry skills, medical office knowledge. Applicants must have a high school diploma and two years experience or certification through a business/secretarial program. Experience working in a fast paced environment a plus. Hours of work based on a forty hour week with a minimum of at one late evening each week a possibility. Salary range is $17,303.00 - $26,200.00 depending upon training, skill level and experience.
